Leedo provides services in product design, forming machinery (Stamping, CNC, aluminum extrusion, forging, and diamond cutting). Surface treatment (Chemical polishing, hairline, sandblasting, etching, anodizing and dyeing color).

Anodizing
The concept of Anodize is based on applying with electrochemical principles, which aluminum materials are implemented into the process of Anodize. The electrolytic oxidation process is to increase the film thickness of Al2O3 layer, which will be in a range of 3-15µm. Furthermore, general aluminum alloy is easy to oxidize, as the purpose of the anode treatment is to prevent further oxidation of an aluminum material and maintain an aesthetic appearance with corrosion resistant function.

Hard Anodizing
Hard anodizing has been widely used in various industrial industry and military applications.

Hairline
Furthermore, Hairline uses an abrasive material to move on the surface, and use different force points to form an aluminum product in different silk direction and texture.

Sand Blast
After the process of Sandblasting, an aluminum product can be seen visually by the effect on different roughness of the sand and decrease the reflectiveness of an aluminum product. Most importantly, sandblasting can cover up minor defect and deburr from the raw material.

Laser Engraving
The purpose of using laser engrave on the surface of the product in using different rate of light beam density, which leads to a different effect after laser engrave.

Printing
The idea of printing is to transfer designing words or images into the product by using screen printing. Printing can be applied to other materials such as metal, plastic, cotton, and ceramic.

CNC
CNC, stands for 'Computer Numerical Control' works by using the computer to communicate with the machine in order to be precise during the process.

Diamond Cutting
Diamond cutting is used in a high-speed condition, as this involves high gloss processing on the surface of a product. Diamond cutting can be used in either milling or lather processes.

Stamping
Stamping machine has to use with a dedicated mold in a normal temperature condition during the process of forming.

Polishing
The goal for polishing is to remove partial defect on the product, to set up a clean surface for the after process. After polishing, the surface of the product will become shiner or even can reach to a point to see self-reflection. When the product has been polished after oxidation, the product will show a stronger metallic luster.

Etching
In general, etching in aluminum alloy cosmetic has divided into two different processes. First, etching uses photoresist to cover chemical etching. Second, etching can be used from the use of ink or other acid substance to cover chemical etching.
